What are the structural designs of TV LCDs
Smart products are very popular nowadays. Many manufacturers will enter this industry. Here, I will talk about TV LCD screen for you. Its structure mainly includes: LCD module, power module, driver module and key module. Usually, LCD module manufacturers have completed electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing before production. EMC is an unavoidable and important issue in LCD TV design. If EMC is not well designed, it will lead to weak interference immunity, water ripple and strobe problems during TV broadcasting, and in severe cases, it will be impossible to watch.
The following is a brief description of the EMC key component design:
1. LCD Driver Board Design
The most important means to overcome electromagnetic interference is grounding. LCD module screen TV main driver board mainly includes: analog signal part, high-speed digital circuit part, noise source DC-DC power supply part. Stay LCD screen TV power supply part (DC-DC) of the grounding of the main and decoding, the main chip processing and other parts of the grounding of the separation, in order to reduce the power supply grounding on the image display and TV sound interference. 2. Complete Machine Design
Use of Shield: Usually, the LCD module, the main control board and the power supply section require a shield. The main frequency of the main chip is the main cause of electromagnetic interference. The frequency harmonics of the main frequency are most likely to produce electromagnetic interference. In the electromagnetic compatibility experiment, the frequency of the main frequency and the location of the harmonics have great electromagnetic interference. In the design, some shielding measures should be added to the main chip. The main shielding measure is to add a metal shield on the digital board. Adding a shield is the most effective way to resist electromagnetic interference.
3. Power Module Design
LCD TV power supply part of the switching power supply. Switching power supply produces electromagnetic interference for very complex reasons. The two main functions of the power supply part is to drive the LCD screen backlight, and for other modules (including driver modules and key modules) to provide DC power. The design of the power supply module directly affects the entire system. If the design is not good, it will cause the TV to generate large water waves, which will cause the TV to malfunction in serious cases. At the same time, it will seriously affect the normal use of other nearby equipment.
